Continuing education events and wastewater operator bootcamps are an integral part of our industry, providing operators with the opportunity to learn necessary skills such as management, regulation and compliance of wastewater and the wastewater treatment process. Operator’s Unlimited is eager to kick off our first in-person bootcamp and continuing education event for New Wastewater Operators, offering a hands-on experience and lab instruction.
“Our new wastewater operator bootcamp has been designed at the request of our customers and industry colleagues. Our goal is to help new operators build and strengthen their foundation in the field and stay current on new and evolving trends and changes in the industry,” said Alan Johnson, Director of Wastewater Operations.
The event will take place from November 8th to November 12th from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at our headquarters in Duncan, SC. We welcome any industrial or municipal wastewater operator with a South Carolina physical/chemical or biological license D, C, B or A. The week-long course content satisfies the SCLLR requirements for biannual continuing education credits, providing attendees with 12 credit hours.
