Operators Unlimited Hires Bill Heale as Account Manager
Seasoned Engineer and Experienced Operations Specialist Joins OU Team
Duncan, SC. (September 17, 2021) – Operators Unlimited, Inc. recently announced the addition of Bill Heale to its sales team as an account manager. Heale has acquired more than 40 years of experience working in the chemical treatment and pulp and paper industries. His expertise and extensive experience will quickly prove an asset to Operators Unlimited customers.
As Account Manager, Heale will be responsible for the management and communication between Operators Unlimited and our customers, acting as a liaison between clients and the various departments of Operators Unlimited to maintain smooth operations and orderly completion of projects.
As a process optimization and chemical feed systems specialist, Heale will assist customers in improving process efficiency, as well as accessing and determining system upgrade needs. A veteran of industrial water and wastewater process operations, Heale is looking forward to working with customers and the Operators Unlimited team to implement problem solving methodologies for operational, mechanical and chemical problems. Heale’s problem solving experience will further operational efficiency, process predictability and overall peace of mind regarding wastewater and environmental compliance.

Heale attended Miami University where he earned a degree in Applied Science, with a focus on Pulp/Paper Science and Engineering.
