Operators Unlimited Adds Billy Sanders as Newest Account Manager
Operators Unlimited recently welcomed Billy Sanders as a new Account Manager. Sanders brings to the OU team many years of wastewater treatment experience in both service and management roles. He also has an extensive background in human resource management, giving him a unique perspective regarding the teams and managing the business side of plant processes. Throughout his career, Sanders has honed his skills regarding inventory management, revenue growth, business development and customer retention. These skills, alongside Sanders’ diverse experience and great knowledge of the wastewater systems his customers use, are integral drivers to his success as an account manager.
As an Account Manager, Sanders will be balancing several tasks including, managing inventory, providing technical solutions, managing customer chemical, operational and engineering needs and working directly with the customer to ensure their plants are operating effectively and efficiently. Sanders indicated his greatest strength as an account manager is his ability to problem solve and create custom solutions to meet customers’ specific needs. Sanders’ knowledge, motivation and skills are already demonstrating what a valuable asset he will be to our customers and Operators Unlimited.
When asked what led him to Operators Unlimited, Sanders responded, “I was looking for a company that cared about their employees and had a great team atmosphere. Operators Unlimited just really stuck out. The people, their culture and their core values make me excited to come to work and be around these people on a daily basis.” Sanders noted that he is looking forward to embracing Operators Unlimited’s core values, especially living with thankfulness.

Sanders received a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Limestone University, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Business Operations from Spartanburg Methodist College.
